What equipment do I need?
We like to keep it simple! All you'll need to get started is dumbbells and some resistance bands.
It’s best if you have a lighter set of dumbbells (5-10 lbs for most women) and a heavier set (12-20 lbs for most women) so you can use the best weight for each exercise.
How many workouts are included?
You’ll be able to choose between:
- a 3-day-per-week training plan
- or a 4-day-per-week training plan
Each program follows a structured 4-week training block designed to help you build strength, improve consistency, and progressively challenge your body over time.
At the beginning of each month, a new training block is released so you continue progressing without having to figure out what to do next on your own.
The workouts are designed to give you enough structure to see results, while still keeping things realistic, sustainable, and flexible for real life.
How are the workouts delivered?
All workouts are delivered through an easy-to-use Everfit training app, so you can access your program anytime from your phone or tablet.

How long will the workouts take?
Plan to block off 30-45 minutes, 3-4 times per week for your workouts for best results.
What if I’m a beginner?
Yes, these workouts are great for all fitness levels! Plus, since we get so many beginners we've included a Foundations Beginner program in the app to help you get started.

What if I have injuries or physical limitations?
BFF Strong is designed for women who are able to safely participate in basic strength training exercises such as:
Exercise modifications and alternative movement options are included when possible, but this program may not be the best fit for individuals with significant injuries, severe mobility limitations, or conditions requiring highly individualized rehabilitation or medical exercise programming.

What if I have travel or a busy schedule coming up?
